We are excited to announce the promotion of Tendry Nantenaina Randrianarimanana to the role of Director of Madagascar Operations at Anjiro Initiative. This promotion is a testament to Tendry's dedication, leadership, and contributions to the organization since he joined in 2017.

Throughout his tenure with Anjiro Initiative, Tendry has played a crucial role in expanding educational opportunities and resources for the community, including the construction of new facilities and the provision of numerous scholarships, with a particular focus on supporting girls' education. His instrumental role in the establishment and growth of the University Program has opened new pathways for students from rural communities, offering them access to higher education. His ability to communicate in Malagasy, English, and French has greatly facilitated outreach and program administration, making him an invaluable asset to the team.

As Director of Madagascar Operations, Tendry will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of our programs, partnerships, and operations in Madagascar. We are confident that under his leadership, Anjiro Initiative will continue to succeed and make an impact on the lives of those it serves.
